Ensure production with forefront technology means and teams trained to the latest technics, has always guided our investment policy. The diversity of our production means allows us to machine parts with various shapes and sizes, with complex characteristics:

Milling

  • 2 high speed machining centers 5-axes, 120 tools, up to X = 3 600,
    Y = 920, Z = 820,
  • 1 center 5-axis HSC machining multi-pallets, 120 tools, X = 730,
    Y = 510, Z = 510,
  • A flexible cell HSC 20 pallets with 2 4-axis machining centers, 480 tools,
    X = 1 010, Y = 850, Z = 820,
  • 18 centers and two horizontal multi-pallet up to: X = 2 000 Y = 1 500 Z = 1 200,
  • 10 vertical centers, up to: X = 2 500, Y = 820, Z = 800.

Turning

  • 1 5-axis turning center,
  • 4 Robotized laps with bar feeder and axes B + Y,
